摘要
煤层气为饱和气体,冬季在集输过程中易析出液态水聚集在管线内导致产气量下降。分析了樊庄区块200口井的冬季生产情况,总结出受管线不同位置积液和流量计计量误差影响,单井产气曲线呈现出四种类型:波动型、台阶型、混合型和平稳型。提出了井口保温、扫线放水、温度补偿、添加化学抑制剂、管线下放等治理措施提高冬季生产运行的平稳性。樊庄区块冬季生产分析对其它煤层气区块具有借鉴意义。
Coalbed methane is a kind of saturated gas, and during the gathering and transportation process in winter, it is easy to separate out liquid water and accumulate in the pipeline, resulting in the decrease of gas production. This paper analyzes the winter production of 200 Wells in Fanzhuang Block, and summarizes four types of single-well gas production curves, including fluctuating type, step type, mixed type and stationary type, which are affected by the accumulated fluid at different locations of pipelines and the measurement error of flow meters. The measures such as wellhead insulation, sweeping water discharge, temperature compensation, adding chemical inhibitors and pipeline decentralization are put forward to improve the stability of production and operation in winter. Analysis of winter production in Fanzhuang Block is of reference to other coalbed methane blocks.
