莱钢1000m^3高炉降低生铁成本实践

摘要 炼铁系统能耗占钢铁生产总能耗的60%,莱芜分公司炼铁厂积极响应公司"运营转型、精益管理"的号召,开展精益运营活动。通过提高成本意识,加强了成本管控,优化配矿结构、降低燃耗成本、降低生铁含硅量等措施,使炼铁厂降成本攻关取得一定进步。截止2018年7月,生铁完全成本比行业平均水平低86.9元/t。 The energy consumption of the iron making system accounts for 60% of the total energy consumption of the iron and steel industry,Laiwu Iron Works responds to the call of "Operation Transformation and Lean Management" and carries out lean operation activities. Through improving cost consciousness, strengthening cost control, optimizing ore mixing structure, reducing burning cost and silicon content in pig iron, some progress has been made in tackling key problems of cost reduction in iron-making plants. As of July 2018, the total cost of pig iron was 86.9 yuan/t lower than the average level of the industry.
