Reflection on the talents cultivation and sustainable development of African Confucius Institutes

通过梳理非洲孔子学院的发展现状,从人才输出、教学资源与条件及中资企业的互动与合作等方面,分析非洲孔子学院在人才培养中面临的挑战,在此基础上提出非洲孔子学院人才培养和可持续发展的建议,即构建孔子学院人才培养的三维魔方体系。

A tentative analysis is conducted to the challenges faced by African Confucius Institutes from the perspectives of student training , resources availability , and the interaction between Confucius Institutes and the Chinese enterprises in Africa. A “three-dimension magic cube" solution is proposed to maximize the efficiency of the talents cultivation and facilitate the sustainable development of African Confucius Institutes.
