摘要
对某电厂630 MW亚临界汽包锅炉进行了低氮燃烧调整优化,通过主燃区二次风门及SOFA风门开度调整和提高运行氧量,CO含量控制在100μL/L左右,燃烧滞后现象明显改善,过热器及再热器减温水量降低,减温水量能够满足机组升降负荷速率的要求。解决了低氮燃烧器改造后出现的问题,找到了适合锅炉安全经济运行的最佳工况。
Low nitrogen combustion adjustment and optimization of 630 MW subcritical drum boiler in a power plant were carried out. By adjusting the opening of secondary air valve and SOFA air valve in main combustion zone and increasing the operating oxygen content, CO content was controlled at about 100, combustion lag was obviously improved, Superheater and reheater desuperheater water volume was reduced, and the desuperheater water volume could meet the requirement of unit load increasing and decreasing rate. The problems arising from the retrofit of low nitrogen burner have been solved, and the optimum working conditions suitable for the safe and economic operation of boiler have been found.
