摘要
为了提高煤泥重介质旋流器分选效果,丰富调控手段,在煤泥重介质旋流器外部同轴配置励磁线圈形成电磁场,通过改变磁场位置、磁场强度研究磁场特性与入料压力、悬浮液密度、安装角度等操作条件协同作用下<3 mm粗煤泥的分选效果。试验结果表明:与改变常规操作参数的方法相比,应优先改变磁场强度来调整煤泥重介质旋流器的分选效果。通过施加磁场优化煤泥重介质旋流器分选效果,揭示了其操作参数与磁场特性的协同作用规律,充分发掘了磁场在煤泥重介质旋流器上的应用潜力,为丰富旋流器调控策略、提高选煤厂机械自动化水平提出了一种新思路。
In order to improve the effect of separation and the adjustment and control means of the slime H. M. cyclone, an external magnetic field is provided through fitting coaxial magnetizing coil on the cylindrical part of the cyclone. It is aimed to study the performance of the cyclone in separation of the < 3 mm coarse-grained slime under the combined effect exerted by the working parameters, such as position , intensity and characteristics of magnetic field, feed inlet pressure, suspension density, and installation angle of cyclone. Test result shows that: application of external magnetic field can lead to improvement of separation performance of the cyclone;in comparison with the conventional method of changing the operating parameters, varying the intensity of magnetic field is a preferred approach for the improvement of separation effect;the law governing the combined effect produced by operating parameters and characteristics of magnetic field is revealed;the potential of applying magnetic field for H. M. cyclone is fully tapped;and a new idea is proposed for making it possible to have varied cyclone operation control strategies and enhance the mechanization and automation level of coal preparation plant.
