高剪切调浆和捕收剂乳化处理对煤泥浮选效果的影响研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了考察高剪切调浆和捕收剂乳化处理对煤泥浮选效果的影响,以山西汾西矿业集团水峪煤矿有限责任公司选煤厂的浮选入料为对象,对比分析了柴油、柴油+调浆、乳化柴油及乳化柴油+调浆对煤泥浮选效果的影响规律。试验结果表明:高剪切调浆和柴油乳化处理均对提高煤泥浮选效果和节省柴油用量有积极作用,在同等灰分指标要求下,与采用柴油作为捕收剂相比,高剪切调浆和柴油乳化处理下的精煤可燃体回收率分别提高3.78和1.95个百分点,柴油用量由325 g/t分别降至225 g/t和100 g/t。两种处理方法均能促进非极性烃类油的分散,有利于降低柴油用量,同时提高煤泥浮选指标。 In order to explore the effect of high-shear pulp conditioning and emulsification of collector on fine coal flotation performanee, a study is made with the flotation feed of the coal preparation plant under Shuiyu M ine Com pa ny of Sha nxi Fenxi Mini ng Group as the test sample. It is aimed to compare and analyze the law governing the effect on flotation performance produced by using different schemes: diesel only ,diesel + pulp conditioning , emulsified diesel only, and emulsified diesel + pulp conditioning. As evidenced by test result, the scheme of high-shear pulp conditioning plus the use of emulsified diesel plays a positive roll for improvement of flotation performance and reduction of diesel consumption;with the ash of flotation concentrate remaining unchanged , the yield of concentrate and recovery of combustible mtitter are respectively 3. 78 percentages and 1. 96 percentage points higher than those obtained by using diesel as collector while the diesel consumption is reduced respectively from 325 g/1 to 225 g/1 and 100 g/1. And it is found that either high-shear pulp conditioning or diesel emulsification can help promote dispersion of nonpolar hydrocarbon-type oil, reduce consumption of diesel and improve fine coal flotation performance.
