Feeding Value and Research Status of Cassava Residue

木薯渣是木薯经过加工后剩下的脚料,我国对木薯渣利用率相对较低,造成资源浪费和环境污染;木薯渣的营养成分丰富,在动物饲料中具有很好的研究价值,不仅解决了饲料原料的短缺,同时为养殖户减少了饲料成本。文章综述了木薯渣的营养价值以及在动物日粮中的应用,并对木薯渣开发利用进行相关展望。

Cassava residue is the leftover material of cassava after processing. The utilization rate of cassava residue is relatively low in China, resulting in waste of resources and environmental pollution. The cassava residue has rich nutrient content and has good research value in animal feed. It not only solves the shortage of feed ingredients, but also reduces the feed cost for farmers. This paper reviews the nutritional value of cassava residue and its application in animal diets, and forecasts the development and utilization of cassava residue.
