摘要 天然气分布式能源通过冷热电多联供实现了能源的梯级利用,具有能源利用效率高、传输损耗小、污染物排放少等优势,其在现代能源体系建设背景下的应用范围不断扩大。对中国天然气分布式能源发展的政策环境和发展现状进行归纳,对项目建设和运营过程中面临的问题进行分析,从企业和政府两个方面对天然气分布式能源发展提出相关建议。结果表明,受天然气供应和价格、运行时间、设备费用等多个因素影响,目前天然气分布式能源项目经济性不佳,有待继续从政策支持和引导、项目规划和建设、优化运营等多方面进行完善。 Natural gas distributed energy resources can realize the cascade utilization of energy via combined supply of cooling, heating and power. It has the advantages of high energy efficiency, low transmission loss and less pollutant emission and so on. Its application scope is expanding under the background of modern energy system construction. This paper summarized the policy environment and development status of natural gas distributed energy resources development in China, analyzed the problems in the process of project construction and operation and put forward relevant suggestions on the development of natural gas distributed energy resources from the two aspects of enterprises and government. The results show that natural gas distributed energy resources projects are not economical now due to the influence of natural gas supply and price, operating hours, equipment costs and other factors, and need to be improved from the aspects such as policy support and guidance, project planning and construction and optimized operation.
