分级破碎机电气控制应用分析

摘要 随着国家社会经济实力的持续增强,中国煤矿产业的发展获得长足进步,矿井生产机械化程度不断提升,分级破碎机使用过程中电气控制的应用程度同样获得显著提升。以此为着手点,针对分级破碎机电气控制应用展开探究,借由分析分级破碎机的发展历程,阐述了电气控制对分级破碎机自动化发展的重要性,并具体分析其应用情况,最终对分级破碎机电气控制应用中存在的不足和未来发展做出分析总结,希望能够为推动分级破碎机电气控制技术的进一步提升提供帮助。 With the continuous enhancement of the country's social and economic strength, China's coal mining industry has made great progress, the degree of mechanization of mine production has been continuously improved, and the application degree of electrical control in the use of classifying crusher has also been significantly improved. Taking this as a starting point, this paper explored the application of electrical control in classifying crusher. By analyzing the development process of classifying crusher, this paper expounded the importance of electrical control in the automation development of classifying crusher and specifically analyzed its application. Finally, it made an analysis and summary of the shortcomings and future development in the application of electrical control in classifying crusher, hoping to provide help for the further promotion of the electrical control technology of classifying crusher.
