三维矩形外肋管流动传热特性数值模拟 被引量:5

Numerical Simulation of Flow and Heat Transfer of Air Flowing Across 3D Rectangular Finned Tube

摘要 本文以三维矩形外肋管为研究对象,在改变肋结构参数和空气入口流速的条件下,通过FLUENT商业软件对三维矩形外肋管综合换热性能进行了数值模拟研究,并分析计算了光管和矩形外肋管的空气侧对流换热系数、换热量、空气进出口压降和矩形外肋管的换热器综合性能评价指标PEC。结果表明:三维矩形外肋管的换热性能要强于相同条件下的光管;换热器综合性能评价指标PEC随肋高、肋轴向间距、空气入口流速的增加而增加,随肋厚的增加先增加后减小. This paper is mainly about 3D rectangular finned tube research. To investigate flowing and heat transfer characteristics of 3D rectangular finned tube under different fin structure parameters and velocity of air inlet and compare with 3D tube without fin, convective heat transfer coefficient,pressure drop between air inlet and outlet, heat transfer rate and PEC were calculated based on FLUENT software. Results turned out that 3D rectangular finned tube has more excellent heat transfer ability than 3D tube without fin. Comprehensive performance of heat exchanger PEC decreases with the increase of fin height, axial spacing and velocity of air inlet, and increases before decreasing with the increase of fin thickness.
