摘要
历史学科核心素养、学业质量水平和学业要求,是《普通高中历史课程标准(2017年版)》对高中历史教学提出的新理念、新变化与新要求,体现了党和国家对普通高中历史课程“立德树人”的新目标和新任务。学业质量的指向是“学生学得怎么样”,关注的是学生的学习过程所获得的成就表现,所以,历史学科核心素养是划分高中历史学业质量水平不同层次的依据,在制定历史学业质量标准时,首先提炼每个核心素养的关键特征,并据此划分不同水平;核心素养的水平划分要采取整体观、质性变化和明确的递进关系;核心素养的水平划分和学业质量具有弹性。学业要求,可以看作学业质量相关水平结合教材的具体实施与评价标准。
The key competencies of the history discipline, the learning quality level and the learning requirements are the new concepts, new changes and new requirements put forward by the History Curriculum Standards for General High School (2017 Edition) on the history teaching in high schools, reflecting the new goal of "strengthening moral education and cultivating people" for history curriculum of ordinary high schools. The learning quality points to "how the students learnn and focuses on the achievements of the students in the learning process? Therefore, the key competencies of the history discipline are the basis for differentiate levels of high school history learning quality. While formulating historical learning quality standards, we should first refine the key characteristics of each key competency, and classify different levels accordingly. The level of key competencies should reflect the holistic view, qualitative change and a clear progressive relationship.The level of key competencies and learning quality should be flexible. Learning requirements can be regarded as the specific implementation and evaluation criteria of the relevant level of learning quality.
