酸和氯盐耦合作用下混凝土结构耐久性评估及修复 被引量:3

DURABILITY EVALUATION AND REPAIR OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE UNDER COUPLING ACTION OF ACID AND CHLORINE

摘要 钢筋混凝土结构的耐久性是工业厂房可靠度评定的关键问题,但到目前对酸和氯盐耦合作用下混凝土结构耐久性评估及修复的研究较少。在总结酸和氯盐对钢筋混凝土的侵蚀机理和两者耦合作用下影响耐久性的因素,提出了两者耦合作用下对结构耐久性评估所需调查和检测的内容和耐久性评定方法,并就某一工程应用进行了具体分析。最后,分析了酸和氯盐耦合作用下耐久性损伤原因,并提出了修复处理建议。 Durability of reinforced concrete structure is a growing problem. However, there is less research on evaluation and repair of concrete structure durability under coupling action of acid and chlorine. In the paper, the erosion mechanisms of acid and chlorine on reinforced concrete and factors influencing durability under coupling action of acid and chlorine were summarized. The contents of investigation and inspection for structural durability evaluation and methods of durability assessment were presented. Furthermore, an engineering application was analyzed. At last, the causes of durability damage were analyzed, and some repair suggestions under coupling action of acid and chlorine were proposed.
