HPLC determination of rutin in FOLIUM DRACAENAE

目的:测定海南龙血树叶中芦丁的含量。方法:HPLC法,色谱条件与系统适用性试验用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15:85)为流动相;检测波长为360nm。理论板数以芦丁峰计算应不低于3000。结果:进样量在0.05086～2.5429μg的范围内线性良好,r=0.999 9;平均加样回收率(n=6)为101.3%,RSD为0.46%;样品溶液在24 h内稳定,日内精密度良好,RSD=0.16%。结论:所建立的方法经方法学验证,可有效控制海南龙血树叶的质量。

Objective:To determine the content of rutin in Hainan FOLIUM DRACAENAE.Method:Methods of the HPLC.Chromatographic column:Using eighteen alkyl silane bonded silica gel as filler.Acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(15:85)was mobile phase and the detection wavelength was 360 nm.The theoretical plate number should be no less than 3000 for the rutin peak.Result:The linear range was0.05086~2.5429 μg(r=0.9999).the average recovery rate(n=6)was 101.3%,RSD=0.46%.the sample solution is stable within 24 hours,the intra day precision was good,RSD=0.16%.Conclusion:This method has strong specificity,good precision and accurate.
