Academic Moral Ecosystem in Colleges and Universities: Connotation, Dilemma and Reconstruction

学术道德生态系统是以学术发展为目标,以学术道德为主线,学术价值观、学术成果和学术环境等因子相互作用而形成的特殊生态组织系统。在剖析高校学术道德生态系统现实困境与根源的基础上,提出"唤醒"学术良知以培育正确的学术价值观、创新学术评价机制以引导学术成果功能回归、规避科层制管理弊端以优化学术道德生态系统环境的重构路径。

The academic moral ecosystem is a special ecological organization system which aims at academic development and takes academic ethics as the main line with academic values, academic achievements and academic environment interacting with each other. Based on the analysis of the realistic dilemma and causes of the academic moral ecosystem in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the reconstruction paths of awakening the academic conscience to cultivate the correct academic values, innovating the academic evaluation mechanism to guide the return of academic achievement functions, and avoiding the drawbacks of hierarchical management to optimize the environment of the academic moral ecosystem.
