摘要
构建符合国情的高校治理模式是中国高等教育改革的核心内容,利益相关者理论为其提供了一种有效的分析框架。基于利益相关者理论,以政府、校长、教师、学生、企业等为代表的利益相关者,在高校治理中扮演不同的角色,具有不同的行动逻辑。现代高校的组织属性、高校治理的本质以及利益相关者治理模式的自身优势,决定了当前中国高校治理模式亟须从行政主导向利益相关者治理转型。为此,需要遵循利益相关者有序参与的原则,调适高校治理中的政府角色,完善高校治理结构,优化体制机制,以"体系优化"构建中国高校利益相关者治理模式。
Construction of university governance patterns is the core of higher education reform in China, which stakeholder theory provides an effective analysis framework. Based on the stakeholder theory, the stakeholders which include government, principal, teacher, student and enterprise, play different roles and have different action logic in university governance. The organizational attribution of modem university, the essence of university governance and the advantage of stakeholder governance pattern determine urgent need for the transformation of the current mode of university governance from administrative - oriented to stakeholder governance. Therefore, it is necessary to follow the principle of orderly participation of stakeholders, adjust the role of government in the governance of universities, perfect the governance structure of colleges and universities, optimize the system and mechanism, and construct the governance mode of stakeholders in Chinese universities by "system optimization".
