摘要 高校教师工作投入直接决定高校教学和科研成果质量。文章基于问卷调查数据,采用分位数回归模型,探索高校教师分类管理视角下三类教师(科研为主型、教学为主型、教学科研型)的工作投入、影响因素及差异。研究结果发现:高校各类教师的工作投入程度关系是科研为主型教师>教学科研型教师>教学为主型教师;工作满意度、管理制度、组织认同在三类教师工作投入的不同分位数上显著程度和影响方向存在差异。 The investment of college teachers directly determines the quality of teaching and scientific research achievements. Based on the questionnaire survey data, this study uses the quantile regression model to research the degree of job involvement, influencing factors and differences of three types of teachers ( research - oriented teachers, teaching 一 oriented teachers, teaching and research -oriented teachers) from the perspective of university teachers' classification management. The results show that the job involvement level of the three types of teachers is: research 一 oriented teachers > teaching and research - oriented teachers > teaching - oriented teachers. Job satisfaction, management system and organizational identification have different significant degree and influencing direction in the different quantiles of the three types of teachers' work inputs.
