Relationship Between Professional-Degree Postgraduates and Tutors Based on ISM

专业硕士导生关系是研究生教育过程中重要的教育关系,是影响研究生培养质量的关键环节。通过深度访谈、头脑风暴等方法归纳影响专业硕士导生关系的21个影响因素,采用解释结构模型法建构多级递阶结构模型,进而依据该模型分析不同因素对导生关系的影响,提出建设专业学位硕士生与导师协同关系的启示。

Relationship between professional - degree postgraduates and tutors is an important educational relationship in the process of postgraduate education and it is a key link that may affect the quality of postgraduate training. Through deep interview and brainstorming methods, the paper summarizes 21 influential factors that affect this relationship, constructs the multilevel hierarchical structure model by using the ISM , analyzes the influence of different factors on the relationship, and then makes suggestions on the synergetic relationship.
