液质联用法测定川芎茶调丸中阿魏酸等6种成分的含量 被引量:6

摘要 目的:以液质联用法对川芎茶调丸中阿魏酸、欧前胡素、异欧前胡素、细辛脂素、升麻素苷及5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷6种成分的含量进行测定。方法:采用液相色谱串联三重四级杆质谱进行测定。色谱柱:Agilent Poroshell 120 SB C_(18)(2.1 mm×100 mm,2.7μm);流动相:0.1%甲酸乙腈-5 mmol·L^(-1)甲酸铵溶液(40∶60);流速:0.3 mL·min^(-1);电喷雾离子源(ESI),正负离子模式,采用多反应监测模式(MRM)测定。结果:上述6种成分在对应的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系;加样回收率为98.14%~99.63%,RSD为0.55%~1.42%(n=6)。结论:本法快速、准确、可靠,可同时测定该丸中6种成分,为该制剂的质量控制提供理论依据。 Objective:To evaluate the contents of ferulic acid,imperatorin,isoimperatorin,asarinin,prim-O-glucosylcimifugin,5-O-methylvisammioside in Chuanxiong Chatiao Pills(CCP).Methods:Six components in CCP were determined by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometer.An Agilent Poroshell 120 SB C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,2.7μm)column was used.The mobile phase was 0.1%formic acid acetonitrile-5 mmol·L^-1 ammonium formate(40∶60)and the flow rate was 0.3 mL·min^-1.The ion source was from electrospray ionization(ESI).The spectra were recorded under positive and negative ion types with a multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.Results:The calibration curves for the 6 components showed good linear relationship in given concentration ranges.The average recoveries were 98.14%-99.63%with RSD between 0.55%-1.42%(n=6).Conclusion:The established method can be used for simultaneous determination of the 6 components in CCP,which provides a theoretical base for the quality control of Chuanxiong Chatiao Pills.
