Analysis of the influence factors affecting campus security based on SEM model

摘要 为提高高校学生安全意识、促进学生的安全行为,在某高校土木、矿业专业学生、教师和管理人员中举办安全教育讲座并发放调查问卷。本文采用数据统计分析软件包SPSS 19.0分析和校验所收集的数据,运用结构方程模型(SEM)和验证性因子分析方法研究高校师生安全意识的影响因素,揭示各因子的影响作用和师生的安全意识现状。结果显示此高校土木、矿业专业学生、教师和管理人员的安全意识的总体得分指数为75,表明学生安全意识水平总体状况良好。同时,指出校内的安全环境建设和安全文化氛围有待加强,根本原因在于进一步提升校内安全管理水平。 In order to improve the safety awareness of college students and promote their safety behavior, safety education lectures and questionnaires were held among civil engineering, mining students, teachers and administrators in a university. This paper uses SPSS 19.0 software package to analyze and verify the collected data. Structural equation model(SEM) and confirmatory factor analysis are used to study the influencing factors of College teachers’ and students’ safety awareness, revealing the influence of each factor and the status quo of teachers’ and students’ safety awareness. The results show that the overall score index of safety awareness of civil engineering, mining students, teachers and managers in this university is 75, indicating that the overall level of safety awareness of students is in good condition. At the same time, it is pointed out that the construction of campus safety environment and safety culture atmosphere need to be strengthened, the fundamental reason lies in further improving the level of campus safety management.
