倚靠政商关系还是嵌入创新网络?小微企业创新转型的动力机制研究

Relying on Political-business Relationship or Embedding in Innovation Network? The Dynamic Mechanism of Transformation Performance of Small and Micro Firms

本文以小微企业为分析对象,立足于小微企业创业园这一网络场景,阐述政商关系及网络嵌入属性对助推小微企业转型的协同效应与动力机制。实证研究发现,市场化程度及政府能力能够有效提升小微企业的转型绩效,小微企业的网络嵌入程度将在政商关系与小微企业转型绩效之间起到调节作用,且调节效应的作用强调存在差异。现阶段需加强市场化改革力度,完善小微园的网络平台功能,借助网络嵌入激发新型政商关系带来的资源配置功能,通过政商关系重构与创新网络嵌入的协同优化推动小微企业成功转型。

Taking the pioneer park of small and micro firms as the network context, this study investigates the politicalbusiness relationship and the cooperative effect in the transformation background. The marketization degree and government capability can effectively improve the transformation performance of small and micro enterprises. The degree of network embeddness of small and micro enterprises plays a moderating effect in the relationship between political-business relationship and transformation performance of small and micro firms. The marketization reform should be reinforced and the network function of pioneer park should be cultivated. Stimulating the resource allocation by the new type of political-business relationship embedded with network resources is the effective path to promote the transformation of small and micro firms.
