New Features of the Major Social Contradictions of China in the new era from the Viewpoint of the Regulation between the Quality and Quantity of Matter

我国社会主要矛盾中的不平衡一方面指国民需求对象在全国量的分布的不平衡,另一方面指社会矛盾的不平衡。我国社会主要矛盾中的不充分,一方面指的是国民需求满足的不充分;另一方面指社会矛盾中某一方面发展的不充分。不平衡与不充分的关系是互为因果的问题。要解决这一新问题,必须贯彻新发展理念。以创新理念促进科技进步,充分满足人的物质文化需求;以协调理念平衡区域、城乡发展;以绿色理念促进经济与生态和谐发展;以开放理念平衡贸易双方利益和内陆、海外开放水平;以共享理念将改革成果惠及更多群众。

The imbalance between the major social contradictions in our country refers, on the one hand, to the imbalance between the quantity distribution of objects of people’s requirement in China, and also refers, on the other hand, to the imbalance between the social contradictions. The inadequacy of the major social contradictions in China,on the one hand, refers to the inadequacy of the needs of the people;On the other hand, it refers to the inadequate development of a certain aspect of social contradictions. To solve this problem, we must implement the new concept of development. We will promote scientific and technological progress with innovative ideas to fully meet people’s material and cultural needs, balance regional, urban and rural development with the concept of coordination, put forward the harmonious development of economy and ecology with green idea, balance the interests of both sides in trade with the level of opening-up in inland and overseas areas, and stick to the mutually sharing ideas to benefit more people with reform benefits.
