西方现代文明发展陷入自身无法解决的困境,人类文明亟需再次转型。随着中国特色社会主义实践在经济、政治、文化、社会、生态文明、执政党建设以及人的全面发展等方面取得了巨大的成就,"新型中国文明"之发展已是大势。中国在事关人类文明转型发展的关键性问题上应提供更多更新的思路、奉献独具特色的智慧、给出切合可行的答案。为此,要继续加强在新型主体文明、"五位一体"整体建设及新型国际关系等方面的构建,以推进新时代"新型中国文明"更趋完善,发挥出更大的国际引领力、影响力和塑造力,实现人类文明的顺利转型。

"New Chinese civilization" becomes a big trend of development while the practice of the socialism with Chinese characteristics has made great achievements in economy, politics, culture, society, ecological civilization,party building, and overall development of human beings. China should provides more new ideas, peculiar wisdom,and practical plans in the critical questions of transformation and development of human civilization. Thus much more work needs to be done in the construction of "new Chinese civilization" and new international relationships,so that China will make "new Chinese civilization" more perfect for a new era and play more important role in international leadership, influence, and shaping force, and realize the transformation of human civilization smoothly.
