摘要
采用双膜三室,考察了三种不同阳极处理已拟合条件下的模拟某电镀厂高浓度硫酸锰废液,阳极室电沉积二氧化锰,对其产品形貌进行电镜扫描,并分析了其经济效益。结果表明:在使用钛基二氧化铅电极下,阳极液中锰的转化率为63.7%,电流效率为93.8%,并且其槽电压为14.3 V,电耗为19.40 kW·h/kg,此阳极电解下的经济效益最高。
Using a double membrane and three chambers, three kinds of different anodized treatments were used to simulate the high concentration of manganese sulfate waste liquid in an electroplating plant, and the anode chamber was electrodeposited with manganese dioxide. Scanning electron microscope(SEM)is applied to the product morphology. The economic benefits are also analyzed. The results show that the conversion of manganese in the anolyte was 63.7%;the current efficiency is 93.8%;the cell voltage is 14.3V and the power consumption is 9.40kW·h/kg.The economic benefit under electrolysis is the highest.
