基于高德POI的北京市住宿服务探讨

Analysis of Beijing Accommodation Service Based on Gaode POI

运用高德地图提取的住宿服务POI数据,采用空间自相关、核密度等方法,系统剖析了北京市住宿业空间分布格局及影响因素,探究了北京市住宿服务行业的城市空间结构特征。结果表明:北京市住宿服务分布存在显著的、正的空间自相关,也就是北京市各区住宿服务的空间分布并非表现完全的随机性,而是存在着空间集聚;北京市住宿服务空间上呈中心城区集聚与外围分散并存的态势,集聚现象显著;北京市住宿服务集中分布在主城区,整体空间分布呈现大聚集、小分散的"一心多点"分级分布特征,属于典型的核心-边缘扩散的空间分布模式。

Based on the method of spatial autocorrelation and nuclear density, this paper systematically analyzes the spatial distribution pattern and influencing factors of accommodation in Beijing, and probes into the characteristics of urban spatial structure in Eeijing's residential service industry. The results show that there is a significant and positive spatial autocorrelation in the distribution of residential services in Beijing ①the spatial distribution of residential services in various districts of Beijing is not a complete randomness, but there is a spatial agglomeration.②Beijing accommodation service space is characterized by the concentration of central urban agglomeration and the coexistence of the periphery, and the phenomenon of agglomeration is remarkable.③ Beijing Accommodation Service is concentrated in the main urban area;the overall spatial distribution presents a large aggregation, small dispersion of the "bent multi-point" hierarchical distribution characteristics, belonging to the typical core-edge diffusion of the spatial distribution model.
