鼻内镜治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析鼻内镜治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的效果。方法:选取2013年3月至2018年3月汕头市澄海区人民医院接收的50例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各25例,对照组采取传统治疗方法,观察组则采用鼻内镜方法治疗,对比两组临床效果、并发症及复发率。结果:观察组治疗有效率(96.00%)明显高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后两组患者较治疗前各项症状均有所好转,观察组在症状表现评分及视觉模拟评分(VAS)的降低程度上明显大于对照组,观察组治疗后3个月、6个月慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者内镜评分系统(Lund–Kennedy)评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组治疗安全性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:采取鼻内镜治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎效果显著,明显改善患者临床症状,且根治性强,安全性高,避免再次手术。 Objective To analyze the effect of nasal endoscopy in the treatment of non-invasive fungal sinusitis. Methods50 patients with non-invasive fungal sinusitis received from March 2013 to March 2018 in Chenghai district people’s hospital of Shantou city were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 25 cases each. The control group was treated with traditional treatment, and the observation group was treated with nasal endoscopy. The clinical effects, complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.00%) was signi? cantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%), and the difference was statistically signi? cant(P < 0.05). After treatment,the symptoms of both groups were better than those before treatment. The reduction of symptom score and visual analog scale(VAS)in the observation group was signi? cantly greater than that of the control group. The observation group scored 3 months and 6 months after treatment. The difference was statistically signi? cant(P < 0.05). The safety of the observation group was signi? cantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically signi? cant(P < 0.05). Conclusion the effect of nasal endoscopy on non-invasive fungal sinusitis is signi? cant,and the clinical symptoms of the patients are signi? cantly improved, and the radical reoperation is avoided.
