摘要 运用文献资料法、实验法,以四川职业技术学院健美操选项课学生为实验对象,对健美操选项课教学运用"小团体"教学模式的教学效果进行了实证研究。结果表明:"小团体"教学法与传统的教学法相比,对于提高学生上健美操课的兴趣,培养自主能力,以及学生课堂参与程度,学生对健美操运动技术的掌握都有明显的效果。 By using the methods of literature and experiment, taking the students of aerobics optional course in Sichuan Vocational and Technical College as the experimental object, this paper makes an experimental study on the teaching effect of using "small group" as teaching mode in aerobics optional course teaching. The results show that compared with the traditional teaching method, the "small group" teaching method has obvious effect on improving students’ interest in aerobics class, cultivating their autonomous ability, students’ participation in class and students’ mastery of aerobics skills.
