摘要
全国职业院校技能大赛经过整10年的发展在全国已形成"人人都参与、专业大覆盖、层层有选拔"的竞赛体系,2017年10月13日,中国上海获得第46届2021年世界技能大赛承办权。本文通过分析大赛文化内涵、组成部分、特征等,全面阐释了大赛文化各个方面的功能,督促职业院校应充分挖掘大赛文化内涵,提炼大赛文化精神,渗透大赛文化精神,这对提升职业院校的核心竞争力,具有非常重要的意义。
After 10 years of development, the National Vocational College Skills Competition has formed a competition system of "everyone participates, major coverage and selection at all levels".On October 13 th, 2017, Shanghai was awarded the right to host the 46 th World Skills Competition 2021. By analyzing the cultural connotation, components and characteristics of the competition culture, the functions of the competition culture in all aspects are comprehensively explained. It is of great significance to urge vocational colleges to fully tap the cultural connotation of competitions, refine the cultural spirit of competitions, penetrate the cultural spirit of competitions and enhance the core competitiveness of vocational colleges.
