基于城建工程屋面防水施工技术研究

Research on Roof Waterproof Construction Technology Based on Urban Construction Project

分析目前城建工程中屋面防水现状,介绍屋面防水施工工艺,包括分格缝设置方式与施工方式,屋面找平层施工,屋面隔离层施工等步骤,并从钢筋网片及细石混凝土的应用给予质量控制方法。应充分分析渗漏水出现的原因,并提出相应的解决对策,研究过程中从多个角度促进了屋面防漏水现象的发生。

Analyze the current status of roof waterproofing in urban construction projects,introduce the waterproof construction technology of roofing.It includes the setting method and construction method of lattice joints,the construction of roof leveling layer,the construction of roof isolation layer and other steps,and give quality control methods from the application of steel mesh and fine stone concrete.The causes of leakage should be fully analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures should be proposed.In the research process,the occurrence of roof leakage prevention is promoted from multiple perspectives.
