“高考”成绩评定的国际比较与启示 被引量:2

International Comparison of the Evaluation of College Entrance Examination Results and Its Implications

摘要 对世界上一些发达国家的"高考"成绩评定方式进行了分析和比较:美国、英国是通过将原始分转换成标准分来实现不同科目或试题考试成绩之间的可比性,法国、日本是采取计算加权平均分的方式来体现不同科目在各自专业招生中的重要性,英国、韩国、芬兰对"高考"成绩实行等级评定以弱化成绩排名和区分度。探讨了以计算标准分的方式实现我国新高考改革学业水平考试不同科目成绩可比的方案,提出应使学业水平考试成绩回归等级制,赋予高校招生录取自主权。 The methods of evaluation of the college entrance examination in some developed countries are analyzed cind compared in this paper. The United States and the United Kingdom achieve comparable results between different subjects or test scores by converting the original scores into standard scores. France and Japan adopt the method of calculating the weighted average score to reflect the importance of different subjects in their respective professional enrollment. While the United Kingdom,South Korea,and Finland convert the scores into grades to weaken the rankings and distinctions. The feasibility to achieve a comparable result of different subjects of academic achievement tests in China's new college entrance examination reform by calculating the standard scores is also discussed in the paper. And meanwhile,the suggestion that the evaluation of academic achievement tests should be returned to the grading system and autonomy of admissions given to colleges and universities is proposed.
