摘要
基于弹药标识编码技术规范完成了弹药条码的主信息、校验码计算方法和附加信息码的设计,提出基于MRP和JIT理论编制弹药生产计划的方法和控制流图,完成了弹药数字化车间生产管理系统功能结构及其主要数据关系模型的设计,并基于J2EE平台采用MVC设计模式和SSH架构进行了系统实现。系统采用B/S结构,能够实现对弹药数字化生产过程的信息采集与全过程追溯,为弹药全寿命周期各环节的数字化和集成化管理奠定基础。
Using technology specification of ammunition identification code, main information of ammunition code, computing method of checker character and additional information code were designed. Method and control chart of ammunition production planning was put forward based on material resource planning (MRP) and just in time (JIT) theory. The function structure of ammunition digital workshop production management system was established and its main data relationship model was also built. The system was achieved based on the J2EE platform by the MVC design mode and SSH infrastructure. The system development adopted B/S structure, which can realize information collection and whole process traceability for ammunition digital production process. This lays a foundation for the digital and integrated management of each link of ammunition life cycle.
