飞机气密舱蒙皮组件局部气密检查方法

摘要 通过在飞机外蒙皮设置真空袋的方法来进行气密性检查,设计了气密性检查参数,研究了温度对气密舱组件气密性的影响规律,给出了影响规律曲线;通过在飞机外蒙皮设置真空袋的方法对局部气密性进行有效检查,所用设备简单;该方法适用于不同形状、不同外形及结构的飞机蒙皮组件的局部气密性检查,特别针对飞机外场修理时,蒙皮气密的检测快速有效;同时,所述方法对微量漏气的检查具有敏感性。利用这一特性,可进一步用于蒙皮漏点的排查。 The airtightness inspection was carried out by setting vacuum bags on the outer skin of aircraft. The parameters of airtightness inspection were designed. The influence of temperature on airtightness of airtight cabin components was studied and the influence curve was given. Local air tightness was effectively checked by setting a vacuum bag on the outer skin of an aircraft, and the equipment used is simple. This method is suitable for local air tightness inspection of aircraft skin components with different shapes, shapes and structures. Especially for aircraft repairs in the field, the detection of skin air tightness is fast and effective. At the same time, the method is sensitive to the inspection of micro-leakage devices. Using this characteristic, it can be further applied to the detection of skin leak points.
