摘要
以离散元法为基础,以提高造粒效率为目标,对卧式滚筒内喷雾参数进行数值模拟仿真。通过理论推导喷嘴高度,并对喷嘴高度、喷雾流量进行模拟,以颗粒的质量增加量和受到喷雾的颗粒的喷雾效果进行评估,得出不同质量的二元颗粒在卧式滚筒内喷雾参数值。模拟验证了喷雾高度理论推导正确,喷嘴到滚筒底部高度h,颗粒质量从100 kg到300 kg,喷雾合格率为84%左右时,喷雾流量增加,生产率提高。
In view of the spray uniformity of the binary particles in the horizontal roller, this paper proposed to carry out numerical simulation on the spray parameters on the basis of discrete element method to improve granulation efficiency. First, the paper selected nozzle height through theoretical deduction and simulated the nozzle height and spray flow;secondly, the paper evaluated the spray effect by the amount of mass increase and the particles that were sprayed. Therefore, we found the solution to choosing the spray parameters of different mass. The simulation verified the theoretical derivation of spray height. We find that the spray is best when the nozzle height to the bottom of the roller is h. When the qualified rate of spray is about 84% and the particle mass is from 100 kg to 300 kg, the spray flow rate increases by half and the productivity increases by half.
