摘要 针对战时备件资源的稀缺性、维修历史数据的不完整性、情境因素异构性等特点,利用战时情境匹配相对近似度的概念,创新的提出基于情境匹配的战时备件分配方法,同时根据公平性准则,利用情境与分配的平均相关系数和平均相对可分系数两个绩效指标,用于对每个备件需求点分配的备件数量与其所处战斗实际情况的相符程度进行度量。利用Matlab软件对数值进行仿真计算,证明了该模型的适用有效。 This paper proposed a situation matching approach to the scarcity of wartime spare parts resources, the historical lack of maintenance data, and the heterogeneity of influencing factors. Constructing the relative approximation of the situation, we proposed a wartime spare parts allocation method based on context matching, and construct two performance indicators: the average relevance coefficient between situations and allocations and the average relevance separability of the situation and distribution, which are used to measure the quantity of spare parts allocated for each spare parts demand point and the actual degree of conformity of the situation. The MATLAB software was used to verify the numerical value, which proves the effective applicability of the model.
