摘要
提出了飞机弹射座椅有限元计算的方法,建立了某型弹射座椅的振动计算模型,得到了振动载荷作用下的响应规律,计算结果可作为弹射座椅结构设计的依据。采用灰色关联分析方法,以椅背火箭为例,对椅载设备测点处仿真与试验结果的随机响应加速度均方根值和加速度功率谱密度曲线进行了对比分析。结果表明:椅载设备测点位置处的仿真结果与试验结果吻合较好。
This paper proposed a finite element method of aircraft ejection seat. And a certain type ejection seat model for vibration was built. The response of the seat and its equipment under the random vibration load were obtained, which could be used as the basis for the structure design of the ejection seat. Using the Grey relational analysis method and taking the back rocket as an example, the results of the simulation and test were compared. The compare results of acceleration root mean square value and power spectral density curve trend at the points of measurement were show that the simulation results all agree with the experimental results well. It proves that the proposed simulation method is effective and feasible.
