摘要 为了满足某液驱混合动力车辆的行驶要求和机动性要求,分析了该液驱混合动力车辆储能元件——气囊式蓄能器的工作过程,得出气囊式蓄能器的状态变换并非可逆并且存在能量转换效率的问题,建立了蓄能器的数学模型,确定了基本工作参数,通过试验台架进行了蓄能器单独驱动变量液压马达试验,利用正交试验设计方法,验证了蓄能器工作参数的合理性,确定了蓄能器的最高充气压力和电压值调节范围,提升了液压马达加速性能。 In order to meet the driving and mobility requirements of a liquid-driven hybrid electric vehicle, the working process of the energy storage component of the liquid-driven hybrid electric vehicle, the bladder accumulator, was analyzed. It is concluded that the state transition of the bladder accumulator is not reversible, and there is a problem of energy conversion efficiency. The mathematical model of the accumulator was established and its basic working parameters were determined initially. The accumulator’s individual drive variable hydraulic motor test was carried out through the test rig.The rationality of the accumulator operating parameters was verified. The maximum inflation pressure and voltage value adjustment range of the accumulator were determined with it improves the acceleration performance of the hydraulic motor.
