摘要
以超声速单轨火箭橇为研究对象,采用有限元结构动力学仿真分析方法建立了非线性橇-轨耦合动力学模型,对比分析了理想平直轨和不平顺轨模型工况下前后滑靴的振动量,进行火箭橇试验验证和数据对比。结果表明:不平顺轨对火箭橇动态响应影响较大,且随机振动特性显著;最大速度时刻的动态载荷预示结果与实测值在侧、竖向振动量值上具有很好的一致性。
Based on the supersonic monorail rocket sled, the dynamic load prediction of the coupled sled-track system was researched. The nonlinear coupled rocket sled-track models were established by using the finite element structural dynamic simulation method, including the straight and irregular rail models. Then the vibrations were analyzed separately, and the result was compared with the rocket sled test’s. These researches show that: Track irregularities affect the dynamical responses seriously, and the random vibration performance is obvious. The vertical and lateral dynamic load prediction results at maximum velocity are consistent with test results. These studies provide theoretical basis and numerical support for rocket sled structure optimization design and dynamic load prediction of hypersonic velocity rocket sled.
