摘要
通过对铁冬青播种育苗和扦插育苗试验,探讨了影响铁冬青播种育苗出芽率和扦插育苗生根成活率的主要因素,总结了铁冬青的育苗技术。结果表明:铁冬青种子采用360d低温休眠和沙藏处理措施,可显著提高发芽率,达到年苗木出圃量22.5~30万株/hm^2;采集1~3a生铁冬青母树穗条,以泥炭土为基质进行扦插育苗,生根成活率可高达96%,且后期管理方便。
This paper discussed the main factors affecting the seed germination rate and rooting survival rate of Ilex rotunda by seedling and cutting propagation tests, and summarized the seedling propagation techniques of I. rotunda. The results showed that the germination rate of the seeds could be significantly increased by using the low-temperature dormancy and sand storage treatment for 360 days, and the annual seedling yield reached 225,000-300,000 plants/hm^2. 1-3 years mother trees of I. rotunda were collected for cutting scions and peat soil was used as the substrate, rooting survival rate could be up to 96%, and the late management was easy to conduct.
