摘要
对特殊教育体育师资的供需调查和对七所体育院校特殊教育专业人才培养方案的分析,发现我国特殊教育学校体育教师缺编情况严重,职前教育的专业性不够,职后的专业培训不足。体育院校特殊教育专业人才培养方案也存在没有统一的人才培养标准、人才培养定位不明确、培养目标缺乏针对性等问题。针对这些问题,提出特殊教育学校体育师资培养的方略,要尽快制定统一的人才培养标准,明确人才培养定位,制定人才培养目标和规格,促进特殊教育体育师资的专业化,培养具有良好职业道德和特殊教育素养,在特殊体育教学、训练与管理方面具有专长的德智体全面发展的应用型专门人才的建议。
Through the investigation of the supply and demand of special education physical education teachers and the analysis of the training program for special education professionals in seven physical education colleges, it is found that the lack of physical education teachers in special education schools in China is serious, the specialization of pre-vocational education is not enough, and the professional training after employment is insufficient. There are also some problems such as the lack of uniform training standards, unclear orientation and lack of targeted training goals for special education professionals in sports colleges. In response to these problems, we have put forward a strategy for the training of physical education teachers in special education schools. We need to formulate uniform standards for the training of talents as soon as possible, clearly define the orientation of personnel training, set targets and specifications for personnel training, promote the specialization of physical education teachers in special education, and cultivate good professional ethics and special education literacy. We should cultivate applied professionals with expertise in special sports teaching, training, and management who have comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, and physical fitness.
