复合型卓越教师培养背景下实践教学的参与及认知调查研究

摘要 实践教学关系到复合型卓越特殊教育教师培养的质量。在采用问卷调查法,对复合型卓越特殊教育教师培养过程中大学生参与实践教学的情况及相关认知进行调查,结果发现,卓越班学生参与到医院、康复机构等校外实践场所的次数比非卓越班学生多;卓越班学生比非卓越班学生更认同医学康复知识和技能、创新能力、研究能力是复合型卓越教师的必备能力;高专业承诺水平组学生对实践教学的满意度高于低专业承诺组学生。因此,建议进一步完善实践教学的组织与实施工作,厘清"医教结合"复合型卓越教师培养的内涵,重视学生的专业承诺水平对实践教学活动的影响。 Practice teaching is related to the quality of the training of multi-skill and excellent teachers. By using the method of questionnaires,this paper investigates the situation of students ’ participation in practical teaching and related cognition in the training process of the multi-skill and excellent teachers. The results show that the students in Excellent Class participate more times in out-of-school practice places such as hospitals and rehabilitation institutions than the students in Non-excellent Class;the students in Excellent Class agree more with the medical rehabilitation knowledge and skills,innovative ability and research ability than the students in Non-excellent Class;students with high professional commitment are more satisfied with practical teaching than those with low professional commitment. Therefore,it is suggested that we should improve the organization and implementation of practical teaching,further clarify the connotation of the training of multi-skill and excellent teachers,and pay attention to the influence of students’ professional commitment level on practical teaching activities.
