康复机构孤独症儿童陪读家长心理弹性调查研究 被引量:3

A Study on Psychological Resilience of Parents Accompanying Autistic Children in Rehabilitation Institutions

摘要 为提高陪读家长的心理健康水平,充分发挥家长在特殊儿童康复过程中的作用。采用问卷调查法对40名康复机构孤独症儿童陪读家长的心理弹性特点及影响因素进行研究。结果显示:康复机构孤独症儿童陪读家长心理弹性存在良好的状态;心理弹性的6个维度,按照所得分数从高到低依次为问题解决技能、精神支柱、乐观坚韧、接纳度、自信心、控制感;随陪读时间增长,陪读家长的心理弹性存在波浪式增长趋势;陪读家长心理弹性与学历水平存在正相关;家庭收入高的陪读家长的心理弹性水平显著高于收入较低的陪读家长;经济状况、陪读时间、家长学历是影响家长心理弹性的主要因素。教育工作者及社会人士应给予陪读家长更多关怀与帮助,家长应进行自我排遣。 In order to improve parents’ mental health,give full play to the role of parents in the rehabilitation process of special children,questionnaire was used to study the characteristics and influencing factors of resilience with 40 accompany parents of autistic children in rehabilitation institutions. The conclusion is as follows: the accompany parents of the autistic children about resilience characteristics in rehabilitation is in good condition;the six dimensions of resilience according to the score from high to low are problem-solving skills,spiritual pillars,optimistic tenacity,acceptance,self-confidence,and control. With the time increasing,there is a wave trend of resilience for accompany parents. There is a positive correlation between education level of parents and resilience. The parents with a high level of income are significantly higher than the low income in the resilience.Economic status,reading time,parental education are the main factors affecting the mental elasticity level of accompany parents.Education workers and social personage should give more care and help to parents who accompany them to study,and parents should learn to arrange by themselves.
