Assessment of left atrial function research status by echocardiography

左心房(LA)功能受损是心功能障碍的早期标志和不良心血管事件的预测因子,在高血压(HT)和/或保留射血分数的心脏衰竭(HFpEF)的非侵入性分析中,LA功能代表了心脏功能的一个至关重要的因素。LA的大小测量和功能分析作为心脏功能评估的一个重要组成部分,是评估左心室(LV)充盈的两个至关重要的因素。超声心动图作为一种影像学检查手段,在心脏各房、室腔的大小等方面的评估中具有其独到的优势。本文就超声心动图评价LA功能研究做一综述。

Loss of left atrial function is an early indicator of cardiac dysfunction and a predictor of adverse cardiovascular events, in the non-invasive analysis of hypertension(HT) and/or heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF). Left atrial function represents a crucial factor in cardiac function. Left atrial size measurement and functional analysis are important components of cardiac function assessment and are two crucial factors in assessing left ventricular filling. Echocardiography, as a means of imaging examination, has its unique advantages in the assessment of the size of the heart and the chamber. This article reviews the progress of echocardiographic evaluation of left atrial function.
