摘要
现代学徒制是对传统学徒制的传承、改革和创新。现代学徒制与现代制造业有着一定的渊源,但现代服务业是现代学徒制试点所关注的重点领域。学生是现代学徒制的重要利益主体,要注重保障学生的利益,发挥学生的主观能动性。促进学生职业技能和职业精神的发展是现代学徒制的重要目标,多元主体的协调性劳动力市场并不是发展现代学徒制的前提条件。现代学徒制试点,在一定程度上是解决"校热企冷"问题的重要手段和路径。
Modern apprenticeship system is to transmit, reform and innovate the traditional apprenticeship system. Modern apprenticeship system originates from modern industry, but the service field needs to be attention. Learners are important role in the modern apprenticeship system and their interests should be protected. Promoting students’ vocational skills and spirit is the goal of modern apprenticeship. It is not necessary to develop modern apprenticeship by multiple-cooperation among different stakeholders in the labor market. Some extent modern apprenticeship system pilot project is a good way to deal with ’school proactive and firm negative’.
