摘要
素质优秀的高技能人才梯队是促进浙江省经济健康发展的关键因素。通过几年的努力,浙江省已初步形成高技能人才培养管理体系,高技能人才数量和质量也有了一定提高。但浙江省高技能人才紧缺的事实依旧存在。文章从多个维度对浙江省高技能人才培养现状进行分析,提出高技能人才培养存在的问题以及对策。
The high-skilled talent team with excellent quality is the key factor to promote the healthy development of Zhejiang’s economy. Through several years of hard work, Zhejiang Province has initially formed a high-skilled personnel training management system, and the number and quality of high-skilled talents have also made certain progress. However, the fact that Zhejiang’s highly skilled talents are in short supply still exists. Based on the analysis of the status quo of high-skilled personnel training in Zhejiang Province from multiple dimensions, the article puts forward the problems and countermeasures of high-skilled personnel training.
