高职石油化工技术专业现代学徒制人才培养模式探索与实践——以克拉玛依职业技术学院为例

Exploration and Practice of Talents Cultivation Mode of "Modern Apprenticeship" in the Major of Petrochemical Technology in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Karamay Vocational and Technical College as an Example

面对当前化工行业企业对高素质技术技能型人才的需求,克拉玛依职业技术学院开展现代学徒制培养试点,依据试点企业岗位能力需求,校内专任教师与企业能工巧匠组成专业建设团队,明确人才培养规格,确定职业岗位工学结合课程,确定专业课程体系,共同开发专业核心课程教学资源,形成共建、共培、共评、共赢的校企融合发展机制,形成"校企双轨六对接三段式一体化育人"的现代学徒制人才培养模式,提高了人才培养质量,得到企业、家长及社会的广泛认可。

In order to meet the demand of chemical industry for high skilled workers, both schools and enterprises jointly established pilots for developing modern apprenticeship. According to the job capacity requirements of the pilot companies, fulltime teachers from schools and experienced workersfrom factories formed professional teams. Define the specifications of personnel training, identifying job-based work-learning courses in vocational positions,determining professional courses system, exploring core teaching resources, mutually employing the members from schools and businesses, founding school-enterprise integration development mechanism which were co-construction, co-cultivation, co-evaluationand win-win, utilizing "school-enterprise dual-track,six-docking and three-stage integrated education" to create the training model of modern apprenticeship, not merely improved the level of talents, but also acquired widely recognition from enterprises, parents and society.
