摘要
京沪高速公路路面水泥稳定碎石基层拟采用双层连续摊铺的施工工艺,通过选取试验段对水泥稳定碎石采用双层连续摊铺与单层摊铺不同施工工艺对比,并对试验段扰动最大部位进行钻取芯样检测。检测结果表明:双层连铺层间粘结良好,强度满足设计要求,钻取芯样外观符合要求,在保证工程质量的前提下可以达到缩短工期和节约成本的目的。
The construction technique of double-layer continuous paving is used on the cement-stabilized macadam foundation of the pavement of Beijing-Shanghai Expressway.By comparing the double-layer continuous paving technique with the single-layer paving technique and testing the core sample drilled out at the most disturbed part of the test section,it can be seen that the cohesion between the two layers is of high quality and can meet the design requirement,also the construction time can be effectively shortened on the premise of ensuring the quality,and economic efficiency is increased.
