浅谈低温地区高速公路预制T梁养生技术要点

A brief discussion on the technical points of precast T beam in low temperature area

我国北方地区进入11月下旬至次年3月,多数地区最低平均温度将在-5℃以下,甚至更低。面对施工合同要求的完工工期及上级管理单位高标准的质量要求,我们不得不进行冬季施工。特别是高速公路预制T梁等关键工序,寒冷的天气易造成质量缺陷和强度不足,因此在冬季预应力混凝土T梁预制、养生过程中,适宜的温度和湿度对提高T梁质量显得尤其重要。

From late November to March of next year,the lowest average temperature in most areas will be below-5 C,or even lower.Faced with the completion time required by the construction contract and the high standard quality requirements of the higher management units,we have to carry out winter construction.Especially in the key processes such as prefabricated T-beams of expressway,cold weather is liable to cause quality defects and lack of strength.Therefore,in the process of prefabrication and curing of pre-stressed concrete T-beams in winter,appropriate temperature and humidity are particularly important to improve the quality of T-beams.
