摘要
同步器的齿套是变速箱内的重要部件。根据齿套的特点,选定合理的定位面和夹紧方式,以及有效的工序排列,制定出相应的工艺流程,来满足生产的需求,同时保证产品质量,降低加工难度。
The gear sleeve of the synchronizer is an important part in the gearbox.According to the characteristics of the gear sleeve,reasonable positioning surface and clamping mode,as well as the effective working procedure arrangement are selected,and the corresponding technological process is worked out to meet the needs of the production,ensure product quality and reduce processing difficulty.
