Analysis and Countermeasures for Nut Release Failure of Antenna Pitching Drive System

梯形丝杆螺母副具有自锁功能,常用于雷达天线系统的俯仰传动机构。文中从梯形丝杆螺纹表面粗糙度、丝杆加工工艺流程、摩擦副材料的选择、使用环境、维护保养等方面分析了某高机动雷达天线俯仰传动系统螺母脱扣故障的原因,并针对各种原因提出了相应的对策,尤其是梯形丝杆螺母副应增加安全保护装置。

Trapezoid screw nut pair can have self-locking function and is often used in antenna pitching drive system of the radar.In this paper,the failure reasons of the nut release of antenna pitching drive system in a high mobility radar are analyzed from the aspects of surface roughness of the trapezoid screw thread,the processing process of leading screw, the selection of the friction pair material, the use environment, the maintenance and so on.In addition to this,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward for various reasons.It specially points out that the trapezoid screw nut pair should be equipped with a safety protection device.
