摘要 昆明学院特殊教育专业以应用型人才培养为主要目标,在人才培养中坚持职业道德的培养和特殊教育技能的训练。在"大教育观"背景下,重视师资队伍建设。课程教学以"理论教学+现场教学"为基本模式,重视实践教学,注重实验室和实习基地建设,培养能适应云南省特殊教育发展需要的特殊教育师资。本文针对应用型人才培养模式中存在的问题,提出解决问题的策略和思路。 The special education specialty of Kunming University takes the cultivation of applied talents as its main objective, insists on the cultivation of professional ethics and the training of special educational skills in the cultivation of talents, pays attention to the construction of teaching staff under the background of "big education outlook";takes "theory teaching + on-the-spot teaching" as its basic mode of teaching, pays attention to practical teaching, pays attention to the construction of laboratories and practice bases, and trains students to be able to adapt to special education teachers needed by the development of special education in Yunnan Province. In view of the problems existing in the training mode of applied talents, the strategies and ideas to solve the problems are put forward.
