摘要
目前研究者将积极行为支持(PBS)技术用于行为干预时多集中于ASD儿童,较少集中于成年ASD个体。当前研究表明:PBS能有效减少成年ASD个体逃避某些场景或场所的问题行为;PBS还能有效减少成年ASD个体因互动方式不当导致的问题行为,增加恰当的沟通行为。此外,PBS能有效减少成年ASD个体在不同学校或从学校到工作场所的转衔困难,提高对新学校或工作环境的适应。以上研究成果对于我国成年ASD个体的教育和干预具有重要的参考价值。
Current studies of PBS in behavioral intervention for ASD are more focused on children, only a few on adults. Studies on adult individuals with ASD show: PBS can effectively reduce the behavior of avoidance in certain scenes or places;PBS can also effectively reduce the problem behavior due to improper interaction, and increase appropriate communication behavior. In addition, PBS can effectively reduce the difficulty to transfer between different schools or from school to workplace and improve their adaptability to the new school or workplace. Above research results have important reference value for the education and intervention of Chinese adult individuals with ASD.
